Chili Fig, Goat Cheese, and Prosciutto Flat Bread

Looking for a fun way to use your fig jam? This recipe is perfect for a quick lunch that packs so much flavor. Check it out...

Ingredients
Flat bread
1/4-1/2 Onion Thinly Sliced
1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBS butter
Chili Fig Jam (See Recipe  or buy from store)
1/4 cup of walnuts
1 package of prosciutto (4 oz)
Goat Cheese (however much you like)
Arugula (however much you like)

Recipe:

1. Cook the flat bread for about 5 mins @ 350.
2. Thinly slice onions and add 1/2 tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar to a pan. Sautee the onions until soft. 3. Take them out and toast the walnuts. I toasted them for about 5 mins. *We used walnuts for our vegetarian friends because they pair well with goat cheese and added protein. I would not suggest using a different nut if you don't have them just leave them off.
4. Take the flat bread out of the oven and start assembling.
5.  Spread the fig jam across the flat bread. 6.Layer the prosciutto and then the walnuts. Last sprinkle with goat cheese. *Wait on the arugula
7. Put the flat bread back in the oven for 4-5 more minutes. You just want the top to heat.
8. Take it out and add the arugula.

That's it. Super easy recipe. I promise it is delicious. Try it out and let me know your thoughts.

Peace, love, and Flat bread.
